Where will the delievery driver place my pellet stove?

Pellet Stoves are shipped via LTL truck direct to your front door. Our drivers will bring the stove into your home (over the threshold service is included in shipping charges.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts for a refund (subject to the terms and conditions below.) You have 30 days from the date of your original purchase to make a return with the following exceptions;
-Damage Reporting Requirement for Delivered Items: You must report any damage to delivered items within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund. If delivered items with damage are not reported within this time frame, the refund will not be accepted. To report damage please call 919-973-4123
-A 15% processing/restocking fee is charged for all pellet stoves, and pellet inserts. Restocking fees do not apply when item is returned as defective or because incorrect product was delivered. The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return.

  • 1 year warranty and standard shipping are included with all stoves.
  • All ComfortBilt pellet stoves qualify for the $300 ENERGY STAR Federal tax credit, and most state or municipal biomass fuel incentive programs
  • Every ComfortBilt pellet stove is inspected and tested in our North Carolina warehouse before being delivered to customers
